Accentuate my eyes.... MAKEUP?

I have hazel eyes, with darker greyish brown outlines. I recently dyed my hair darker, like chocolate brown but not as warm, and it matches the outline in my eyes. Its very pretty, Im just not sure how to draw the attention to it. I wear all kinds of makeup... dont hold back those tips! Thx!
