Good powder foundations? ?

I need some suggestions for a good powder foundation. I currently use neutrogena mineral sheers, but I'm almost out, and even though I have the lightest shade they offer, it's still a bit dark for me (I'm quite pale). I figured it'd be a good time to try something different. Anyway, does anyone know some good powders that don't accentuate dry skin and are drugstore, that work for pale people?
