Eye makeup for fair skin, blonde hair, blue eyes?

i have a lot of freckles, dirty blonde hair, and dark blue eyes, i usually just put on brown eyeliner and black mascara, no foundation cuz it makes my freckles look weird, i cant figure out what type of eyeshadow to use tho, for going out, i want it natural, and not crazy colors, i just want to accentuate my eyes, any suggestions?
