Do girls look better with hair up or down? Hair style suggestions?

You would do best with longer hair, and probably down most the time, but I think it would look great up. But you would need to have it not slicked back...it would need to be curled then put up in a bun. Sometimes long hair makes a nose look longer, but when you put it up, it makes you look clean and......well....that's how I wear my hair most the time.
