I got 4005th rank in outside Delhi region can i get admission in maharaja agarsain or in surajmal college?

may be but don't i think there are lesser chances of getting CSE or ECE but you could choose evening shift .. on my time four year aga a 4500 ranked student got surajmal in second counselling
